Hi, I’m Alanna Spees REALTOR®. I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2018. My career began in science, and I assumed that is how my career path would be. After moving to Grand Junction, and spending the past 10+ years building several successful real estate investing companies, I felt compelled to make a change.

I chose to commit my career to success in residential real estate for anyone who wants to be in this lane with me. 

Whether you have lived here your whole life, are new to the area, or thinking of moving, I have chosen several topics that can help you experience Grand Junction to its fullest.
